Before contacting support
- Confirm that your device has an internet connection.
- Open Home and tap the synchronization status if it shows an issue.
- Keep the app open briefly so pending offline changes can synchronize.
Delete your account
In the mobile app, open Profile & Settings and choose Delete Account and Data. This permanently removes your account and synchronized RacketScores data.

Recover a deleted match or player
Open Profile & Settings → Recently Deleted. Recoverable items remain available there for 30 days.
