You can permanently delete your RacketScores account and associated synchronized data directly from the mobile app.
Delete from the app
- Sign in to RacketScores.
- Open Profile & Settings.
- Select Delete Account and Data.
- Review the warning and confirm deletion.
What is deleted
Your account, synchronized player and opponent records, match history, private notes, profiler observations, generated opponent snapshots, and cloud profile data are permanently removed.
Local and recoverable records
Deleting the account removes the associated cloud data. Records placed in Recently Deleted before account deletion may otherwise remain recoverable for up to 30 days. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes device-local copies.
Need help?
If you cannot access the app, email racketscores@saas4arts.com from the address associated with your account and request account deletion. Do not send passwords, private notes, or unnecessary personal information.
