RacketScores is designed as a private match history and opponent memory. Your records and optional profile photo are private and are not used to create a public or social profile.
Information we process
We process account information, app preferences, opponents you add, match scores, locations you choose to enter, and private notes. Phone numbers and birth years for opponents are optional. You may also choose a profile photo from your device. The selected image is cropped, resized to 256 × 256 pixels, and compressed as JPEG on your device before it is stored with your private authenticated profile.
How information is used
We use this information to provide the app, display your optional profile photo inside your own account, synchronize your records across devices, secure accounts, diagnose failures, and respond to support requests. Profile photos are not public, are not shared with other RacketScores users, are not used for advertising or tracking, and are not sent to the AI feature. We do not sell personal information.
Opponent Snapshot
When you choose to generate an Opponent Snapshot, selected profiler observations, tactical notes, match totals, results, surfaces, and dominant-hand information are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to create a private pre-match summary. The feature is instructed to use only the information you provide. Your profile photo is not included. Generated snapshots remain private to your account.
Offline data and synchronization
The mobile app stores core records on your device so it can work offline. Pending changes are sent to our Cloudflare-hosted service when a connection becomes available. Optional profile photos are stored with the authenticated user profile in Cloudflare D1 so they remain available after sign-in on supported devices.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your account from Settings in the app. This removes the account and associated cloud data, including your optional profile photo and generated opponent snapshots. Recoverable deleted match records may remain for up to 30 days before permanent removal. Device-local copies are removed when app data is cleared or the application is uninstalled. Children
Independent accounts are intended for people aged 13 or older. Parent and coach account features for younger players are not currently available.
