RacketScores is designed as a private match history and opponent memory. Your records are not public and are not used to create a social profile.
Information we process
We process account information, app preferences, opponents you add, match scores, locations you choose to enter, and private notes. Phone numbers and birth years for opponents are optional.
How information is used
We use this information to provide the app, synchronize your records across devices, secure accounts, diagnose failures, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.
Offline data and synchronization
The mobile app stores core records on your device so it can work offline. Pending changes are sent to our Cloudflare-hosted service when a connection becomes available.
Retention and deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated cloud data. Recoverable deleted match records may remain for up to 30 days before permanent removal. Device-local copies are removed when app data is cleared or the application is uninstalled.
Children
Independent accounts are intended for people aged 13 or older. Parent and coach account features for younger players are not currently available.
